Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4g92 platform. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
4g92 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable legal requirements.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 4g92 user, you agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes that could affect platform operations or other users. This includes a strict prohibition on automated software, bots, or any method intended to manipulate the gaming system.
Any attempt to defraud the system, manipulate markets, or collude unfairly with other players is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance without compensation.
Users are also prohibited from transferring, selling, or sharing account access with any other party. A 4g92 account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder.

Limitation of Liability
4g92 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. In all circumstances, 4g92's total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 4g92 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 4g92 or its relevant licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 4g92 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4g92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion without the need to provide a reason. In cases of justified suspension, any eligible account balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.
4g92 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
